Meal soup with pumpkin, celeriac and savoy cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 1 celeriac
  • 300 g savoy cabbage (or green cabbage)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp curry powder

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and curry powder.

Add the pumpkin, celeriac, savoy cabbage and bouillon cubes and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.

Serve the soup with bread.
